About the Villa

Abalone Villa is on Cherry Lane in Pennington and has private access directly onto Pennington main beach.  One can enjoy swimming, (lifeguards are on duty on weekends and in season), surfing, fishing, snorkelling, exploring the beautiful rock pools or taking long leisurely walks. For the fisherman a quick 10-minute walk will get you to Umdoni Point, which is a very popular fishing spot. Alternatively, you can relax in the garden or on the sun loungers on the pool deck and listen to the abundant bird life.

The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps nine comfortably. The bedrooms are situated upstairs, and all are air conditioned with bed linen provided. Guests are requested to bring their own bath and beach towels. The two queen bedrooms are ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The downstairs area comprises a modern kitchen stocked with all amenities. There is an open plan dining room and large lounge with smart TV and full DSTV. The lounge area opens onto a sundeck, overlooking the pool and stream. The deck leads onto the pool (with safety net) and spacious garden area. Braai facilities are available at the pool area.

The villa has good Wi-Fi from fibre and an inverter provides back up power during loadshedding. Security is excellent with remote access, an alarm system, an electric permitter fence and a night guard that patrols the perimeter.

Abalone Villa is serviced daily. It is in easy walking distance of a chemist, bottle store and well stocked grocery store. The Impithi Beach Café is close by and serves delicious breakfasts and lunches.  Umdoni and Selborne golf courses are only a few minutes’ drive away. .
