NOTES:

1. Children 2 years and older are charged for.
2. Minimum stays will apply during in season & peak season.
3. A refundable breakages deposit of a minimum of R1 000 is required.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of premature departure you will still be charged for the full original booking.

• Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – guest is liable for 100% of the full booking value.
• Cancellation 15 – 34 days before date of arrival, guest is liable for 50% of the full booking value
• Cancellation 35+ days before date of arrival, guest forfeits their deposit payment/s

Strictly no more persons, including children on the property at any given time, than the number of persons paid for, without prior consent from the owners and NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

Rules/Conditions

Please kindly read through the following before your stay at Abalone Villa.

• Abalone Villa caters for families. We do not allow any men’s only, team building, adults only, corporate or bachelor parties.
• Disruption to quests in the other villas, either from excessive shouting, loud music etc will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave immediately and forfeiting all monies paid.
• STRICTIY NO LOUD MUSIC / NOISE AFTER 10PM
• You are requested to turn the aircon off when not in the bedrooms.
• Any items removed from the villas, you will be charged & liable for.
• Any items / fixtures broken due to mis-use or abuse, you will be charged & liable for.
• We charge per person per night. Any extra quests, you will be charged and liable.
